Job Description

  • Mature personality with good knowledge and understanding of price and market conditions including: competitor activities.
  • Overall sales experience of minimum 15 years.
  • The Head of Sales / 2.
  • Experience of handling sales team at National Level for at least 5 years.
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with design, manufacturing, testing and commissioning teams keeping in mind the Company objectives and Customer requirements.

  • Track record of delivery, goal orientation and the ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Hindi / local regional language is essential.
  • Preferred age group: 40 years to 50 years.
  • Strong commercial acumen and key account development skill.
  • Highly result oriented with the capability of taking ownership in resolving issues.
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
  • Proven track record with full sales and profit responsibility at national/regional level and experience in achieving substantial sales through dealer network.
